The third (top) floor forest view room had plenty of outlets and USB ports, but the one downside was that the nightstand outlet couldn't accommodate two chargers at once - the alarm clock was in the way. Another downside was that one of the beds creaked with movement. Not a big deal, as everything else functioned properly.
The breakfast selection was, once again, standard HI Express fare, but the friendly attendants kept refilling everything even close to closing time. It probably would be very, very crowded during busy times, as there wasn't a lot of space for the buffet or the dining tables.
The front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping employees were universally friendly. Marietta was on duty the evening we checked in, and she was excellent, making sure that everything was in order. She proactively recognized IHG status and the welcome amenity (points) as well. The daytime agents were also helpful.
Overall, it was a good stay at a good hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to return. [更少]
