were, very slow. Rooms, after we checked in, did not meet the "IGH promise". There were a few spots that were not fully cleaned. Behind the sofa-bed, were left over, very old chocolate candy and dirt. The table and in the room closest to the balcony, felt sticky. The AC for a night or so, were not working properly. It was not hot but, it was not 100% comfortable. When shared with manager, she immediately compensated by first apologizing and asking what could she do to make the stay better. I asked and she fulfilled. The free breakfast had a small, dedicated corner with all GF products: Beagles, bread and brownies. I made a suggested to add a dedicated toaster only for GF products and the next morning, there was a toaster in the same corner where the GF products were located. It also had a label titled: THIS TOASTER IS ONLY FOR GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS. WOW!!! This alone made me change my rating from 4 stars to 5. What the place lacked in IGH's promise, the staff made up with their customer service skills. [更少]
