This location is ideal if using the airport. Lots of amenities are located nearby. I was pleasantly surprised to find a newer room with ideal "suite" conditions. The Owner was helpful and the limited [更多] staff was polite and gracious. I was very comfortable and will stay at this chain more often. Nicer than the average IHG Express and for a great price. Wonderful Service!

My husband and I typically stay at Holiday Inn Express when we are in the Portland area, but last time we made a reservation at a different hotel because it was closer to the campsite where our [更多] granddaughter was having her birthday party. We had made the reservation 2 months in advance, but when we arrived at the other hotel, we were told our reservation was cancelled! I became upset at this news and when my adult son questioned the desk clerk, we were told there was nothing they could do! I quickly called Holiday Inn Express and explained the situation. I spoke with Shane who was apologetic for what the other hotel did and found us a room for the two days we were going to be in Portland. His calmness and professionalism made me feel much better. Whenever we stay there, we are greeted by pleasant staff, including the front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast crew!
