The hotel’s physical condition was excellent since it was recently renovated. The restaurant food was very good as was the coffee bar service and products. The pillows on the bed were too hard for my [更多] taste. Experience with loud guests after 10 pm in the hallway the first night was unpleasant and not what I expected from a higher quality hotel. Overall I was not totally dissatisfied with the experience and will most likely give the hotel another chance the next time I’m in town. [更少]

The staff were excellent! They were so friendly and helpful, great customer service. The view was absolutely gorgeous, right off the beach and just a few minutes from a nice recreational loop to [更多] walk. The room needs just a touch of growth. The mattress looked well-used, where it dipped in the middle. There was a hair or 2 that were not mine in the shower, I was not left with any hand towels or rags. The glass on the sliding shower door did not look super clean and there were spots in the shower that needed attention (those pinkish residue places). [更少]
