My room was very comforable, clean and great. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. The bed was comfortable. I had a minor issues with breakfast to-go bags for an early flight but it's not a make it [更多] or break it issue. They have a very good fitness room. [更少]

Fitness center was out of water the whole 3 days I was there. I brought to several staff attention and still no water. Suggest you provide water with coffee. Keep hot water & coffee "HOT". [更多] Housekeeping came in AM took all used towels without replacing them and upon return in an hour was going to take a shower. I had to find housekeeping to get replacement towels. [更少]

We were greeted very friendly by staff upon arrival. The hotel layout was explained thoroughly to us. The hotel was clean but you can tell it was a remodeled hotel because some areas of the room, [更多] pool and bathroom looked dirty or just old, rundown. Our fridge was unplugged and had a weird smell in it and cleaning rags were left on the coffee bar in our room. [更少]

I never have anything bad to say about this place. Everyone makes you feel welcome. The rooms are always clean, and the service is great. In total I have stayed at this hotel a little over a month [更多] due to work and traveling. It is so far my favorite hotel to stay at in ETX [更少]
