This was put honeymoon . Staff recognised my diamond elite status and we received a lovely room upgrade , overlooking the pool and quiet side . Breakfast was an elite bonus and would have paid for [Mehr] it , same selection daily but plenty of choice, egg selection freshly made to order as are hot drinks . The pool bar and main bar definitely recommend especially at happy hour , all cocktails 100 thb , pool 5-6pm and main bar 6-7 pm . [Weniger]

Hotel is conveniently located near Patong Beach and has contemporary decor, look and feel. Breakfast buffet is decent and fairly priced even though I wish I could have more selections. IHG member [Mehr] status is recognized. [Weniger]

We travel nearly 100 nights a year all across the world. This hotel stands out as one of the best service we’ve ever received. Specific call-outs include: 1. Franky at the front desk. He is never [Mehr] overwhelming but checks in at the right time to ensure a perfect stay 2. Lee at the front desk. We had a late check-in time and Lee left a great first impression to set the tone. He explained everything very thoroughly, which is so appreciated to have up front. 3. Vichulada, the reservations manager for fixing an issue we had with IHG behind the scene 4. Nira at the club lounge. The most friendly and genuine person to welcome us to the lounge the first few days. 5. Make at the club lounge. Picked up where Nira left off when she was off. He made sure to check in on my wife when she fell and taught us some thai as we were waiting to depart. There are likely much more names behind the scene that make this all happen so whoever they are, thank you! [Weniger]
