Good Location and friendly staff

It is very near to the Garibaldi Station where you can access to public transport easily. The staff is friendly and nice. However the property is a bit old and it is not easy to get a comfort sleep [Plus] because you can hear the engine sound of the tram or train. Overall experience is quite good. They upgraded my room as a benefit of platinum membership. [Moins]

The room and hotel decor was eclectic in a good way. The bar/restaurant and staff were quite wonderful. The eco lighting in the room and bathroom leaves a bit to be desired. Great location in a busy city centre

The hotel is very funky, but the staff are excellent treating you with respect, making you feel very welcome. The bar staff are courteous and the breakfast was lovely with a choice of being inside [Plus] or the Atrium, which is open air. Very easy to get to either by taxi or Metro and a short walk to the tourist shopping areas and Duomo. Overall it made my experience of Milan better than I have usually had at other hotels. [Moins]

We were looking for a short getaway break for 2 and decided on Molano. When looking for a hotel I discovered Hotel Indigo. What a great discover as we have the very best of time there. From the [Plus] front desk to the bar staff to the house keeping all the staff we encountered could not be more helpful. The design inside the hotel including the rooms is of a high standard, felt airy even with the high temperatures of the Summer. Definatly a hotel and city we will visit again. [Moins]
Superb Room

This was a (very!) last minute booking, facilitated by a lovely member of staff (Laura - Crowne Plaza Milan City Centre). The room was a corner block room - Large living room area, bedroom with [Plus] en-suite bathroom and ANOTHER bathroom in the living room area. Very spacious room! I didn't get there until approx. 22:30 - the restaurant was closed, however, the manager arranged for the chef to cook me a Pizza - which was delicious and very much appreciated considering the time of night! Bar / Restaurant area very large with TV area and other 'breakout' areas. All the staff were great and very helpful - even at breakfast, they brought coffees / omlette to your table (no need to move if you didn't want to!) Check-in / out very quick and no issues either time - very polite staff. Thank you very much for my stay! [Moins]

staff was very kind check in and check out process was very quick the family suite very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. the room layout has 2 separate bath rooms that is very handy. we had [Plus] only breakfast in the hotel, but a good honest breakfast with many options. [Moins]
