Very well presented and relaxing hotel. Food was fresh most of the time. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The mattress was rather uncomfortable so sleep was a bit disappointing but everything [Plus] else was great. [Moins]

Brilliant hotel with fantastic staff and lovely food. The staff go above and beyond to welcome you and to help with any enquires you have. The buffet breakfast with hot and cold options was the best [Plus] we have ever had and we have travelled extensively. The hotel restaurant has a good choice of meals at fair prices and we ate both of our two evening meals in the hotel due to the high quality of the food and fair pricing. The leisure centre was a great bonus but needs staffing at all times. The hotel has lots of free parking too which is brilliant. [Moins]

Crowne Plaza Felbridge is definitely one of the best hotels we ever visited in the UK. The rooms are super comfortable, very clean and really big. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Great [Plus] breakfast. We will definitely come back. Only "negative" point is that there is no lift available and it's a long walk to the room. Overall, the room was great and very clean and tidy. I'm American so I'm not sure if this is normal for UK hotels, but there was no top bed sheet - just a comforter/bed spread and a sheet [Plus] covering the mattress. The room thermometer was set to its maximum temperature of 24 degrees Celsius, but it did not feel like 75 degrees Fahrenheit at all. I asked the front desk to look into it and it appeared someone stopped by as there was a keycard left in the lightswitch box. But after a few more nights, it was clear the heat was still not working properly and I felt the heat blowing perhaps once or twice my entire 6-night stay. Occasionally, I would also find the thermostat had turned itself off in the morning too. [Moins]

Loved how close to airport, with a shuttle bus service. Room was great with strong Wi-Fi and many USB ports in the room. I highly recommend the holiday inn if you are looking for a great hotel by the [Plus] airport [Moins]

My stay was great to say the least overall, the only issue I had was with cleaning staff I usually stay in hotels for the peace of mind,but cleaning staff was horrible not day of the 4 days that I [Plus] stayed did they barely touch the room restroom was piling up filth and beds weren’t even touched they have to be separately contracted because there is no way [Moins]
Great stay after a 6 hour journey

we chose this hotel because of the ideal location to Gatwick airport, we set off from Lancashire at 11am and should have been a four journey, but the M25 reared its ugly head and kept us a prisoner [Plus] for 3 hours. We finally got to the hotel early evening and found a home from home, great restaurant and bar area, food was tasty and service was top notch. loads of parking and a very friendly and helpful staff. would stay again [Moins]
