Good airport hotel. Nice dinner. Breakfast very basic. No ability to leave luggage for a few days. Convenient shuttle service (for a fee) and access to the free airport shuttle down the road. [Moins]

he hotel is in a quiet area where is safe to walk around. Friendly staff at the reception and at the restaurant. They really did all they could to accommodate my needs. They gave me the room in the [Plus] silent part of the 4th floor of the hotel and helped me reserve the shuttle bus to the airport for the next day (which cost 15 euros and is very convenient). I took a walk to the local Samarcanda restaurant to have dinner but they were too busy and I needed to wait 40 min for a table (I was alone). So I took a walk back and tried the hotel's restaurant. The food was good: had the grilled chicken breast, extra side of roasted potatoes, lemon sorbet, water and expresso for a total of 34 euros. the staff was very friendly and courteous and really makes you feel at home. They try their best to make every customer happy. A nice fact about this hotel is that for breakfast they serve home made pies and cakes (I had breakfast is included with the room). Cons: Wireless internet service is not reliable: I had good service in half of my room and then I would loose connection if I would move around the room. I managed...but I also stayed there for one night so it didn't bother me that much. [Moins]

Generally, hotel looks very good with clean rooms and good furniture's quality. Main issue we had during breakfast with very poor quality of food and limited fruits and/or yogurt options. Staff [Plus] during breakfast was not so happy to be at work, however front desk was very nice and helpful. [Moins]

This is my first time at this HI. I received a very good service from the staff. They are friendly and are aware of what you would possible need. The food in the restaurant is not very good, first [Plus] night I asked for a lasagna and it came cold from the fridge and its quality was not as good as I thought it would be. Wines are fine. The breakfast is a good one, there are different kind of warm meals and other cold ones that are very good also. [Moins]

This was a (very!) last minute booking, facilitated by a lovely member of staff (Laura - Crowne Plaza Milan City Centre). The room was a corner block room - Large living room area, bedroom with [Plus] en-suite bathroom and ANOTHER bathroom in the living room area. Very spacious room! I didn't get there until approx. 22:30 - the restaurant was closed, however, the manager arranged for the chef to cook me a Pizza - which was delicious and very much appreciated considering the time of night! Bar / Restaurant area very large with TV area and other 'breakout' areas. All the staff were great and very helpful - even at breakfast, they brought coffees / omlette to your table (no need to move if you didn't want to!) Check-in / out very quick and no issues either time - very polite staff. Thank you very much for my stay! [Moins]

staff was very kind check in and check out process was very quick the family suite very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. the room layout has 2 separate bath rooms that is very handy. we had [Plus] only breakfast in the hotel, but a good honest breakfast with many options. [Moins]
