Before I revisit this property, on Dec. 3, I decided to post my past experience at this hotel.
As a Spire Ambassador who is pursuing 75 stays at IHG properties, I strongly recommend this property
with my positive bias!
While this hotel has great facilities and amenities, its staffs are extremely professionals as well: especially, executive lounge and Front office staffs.
Front Office staff Ayako Kuzume-san faithfully took care of my Check-In and Out even if i arrived early and departured lately due to my complicated schedule. It was very scrupulous and benign care! Also, Front Office Manager Yasushi Shinozaki-san did not hesitate to share his honest advice on my next tour at Fukuoka. I like his vigorous response to his guest. Furthermore, its executive manager, supervisor, and staffs were born to be a hotel staff. They did not hesitate to handle their guest's request with big smile.
Especially, I loved the hotel's recognition and benefit on my Spire tier: They upgraded my room to the executive cornor room with its executive benefit as well.
I hope that I can have the same great experience like my previous stays when I revisit there at December 3.
