While a very nice hotel with good rooms and nice facilities, there were a few snags we ran into during our stay. First, several of the hand towels we received had brown stains on them and we weren't
sure if they were old or new. Second, I could not log my computer into their wifi despite having the passcode. I asked for the front desk and unfortunately they were unable to assist me, which I understand, but it was strange they didn't have anyone available with tech skills. Ended up having to use the business center for work related activities.
But the one thing that upset me most was regarding housekeeping. We weren't sure if the kitchen facilities would come with items (places like Extended Stays offer a kitchen but things like plates and utensils are extra) so we brought a couple of bowls to use for meals. Our first night, we found the kitchen stocked but ended up using one of our bowls and a few forks for dinner. The next day after cleaning came, we found that none of the kitchenware had been replaced and our personal pieces were missing! I called the front desk and they said they'd have to get in touch with housekeeping. We ended up staying for four days and despite three additional phone calls, no one could help find our one missing piece of china. Also, nothing got restocked so by the end of our trip, we had zero knives, no bowls (ours or theirs) and a single plate. Our china looked nothing like their design so unless housekeeping broke the bowl and chose to lie about it, we were very upset that they couldn't simply find the one piece of kitchenware that looked nothing like theirs. Really upset this was not easily remedied.
Basic updates to the hotel like a correct breakfast menu would also benefit. Every morning was incorrect from the calendar in our room; french toast day yielded canadian bacon and biscuits [Less]
