out a guest. After about 5 min or so, he got off the phone to check us in. That was pretty easy, but I was not upgraded and when asked, he said “to what”? Ummm a category upgrade? Nope. He said they had zero available but when I went on line and then also called IHG it was apparent there were rooms. They called him at the front desk and suddenly the rooms disappeared from inventory. Ok... whatever. As I was standing there, there were also 5 men trying to check in with issues with their reservations. There should have been other employees at this time... 5:30 on a Wednesday. Let’s jump to the room. Comfortable. Clean. Bed was ok. Breakfast... what a joke. No milk, nobody there to replace water, coffee etc. one girl working front desk who was sitting at a table on her phone. Couldn’t get hot water... that was empty as when she finally replaced the hot water it literally stunk of vinegar. Overall the stay was t horrible, and I am back again next week and the week after etc, for months this will be my schedule, I am just hoping breakfast is run a lot better than what I experienced.
