I was warmly welcomed back by staff, evening meal was really good, used the bar in the evening, good service, breakfast rolls and coffee are my only negative comments, the staff really make the [More] experience. Room was good, except the bed moves when you get in it!! Internet and tv good, and I like the in room amenities. Look forward to coming back soon. [Less]

Room was terrific and staff were friendly. Location was ideal for concert we were attending. They stay would of been perfect but for the air conditioning to break down which on this night made it [More] unbearable to sleep because it was so hot through the night. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF AND GREAT LOCATION

This is a brand new hotel and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Location right next to the Trafford centre just couldn't be better. Rooms [More] are spacious with great bathrooms and showers providing lots of hot water that stays hot. Beds are extremely comfortable and building insulation must be excellent as rooms are so quiet. In fact it was the best night's sleep I have ever had in any hotel. The car park is spacious and completely free, which when staying at a city hotel, is rare in my experience. Public areas are bright and airy, including the dining room and breakfast choices are plentiful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again in the future. [Less]
