The hotel lobby, rooms, snack bars, restaurant are very good and a place where to relax and enjoy.
Overall the hotel is good from all point of view, except on the following comments that they
need to work on.
1. I would recommend that a check in counter for IHG member shall be added or make room for IHG members to avoid long queue checking in.
2. Attitude of one service personnel at the snack bar and the person assisting the maintenance team in moving chairs in that morning next day should at least show some respect to the client checking in and by not using their fingers as if they are mute that cannot talk to sway people aside because they are doing anything, not even an excuse me is being mention. Manners and respect for others should be implemented as that us absolutely unacceptable.
Anyway, I must focus on the good of the hotel and 99% of the people working hard to maintain the good standing and reputation of Holiday Inn and not on the negative or isolated incident that happened.
I think that's all I would say, Its a good place to stay and near to Metro and Shuttle is available, very accessible and I would recommend still to stay in this hotel
