I would like to give you my feedback of one night staying in Holiday Inn Brno Hotel 08/15/2019 – 08/16/2019.
When we (my husband and I) checked in the lady at the front desk gave us a letter with
some Benefits as appreciation and recognition of my Platinum Elite Status. Also we were offered a voucher for drinks. Being an often guest at Holiday Inn Hotels all over the world and having a big experience of getting such a vouchers for drinks we used to have two drinks for both of us all the time. But at this hotel when we were checking out next morning the Front Desk Manager told us that we could only have one drink and charged us money for the second drink. We were surprised but paid her immediately for the parking and for the second drink. I only asked her why she did not let us know before hand. The way she was talking to us, her clients was inappropriate. She was very rude to us. We OK to cover all our “drinks” and everything, but she had to let her guests know the rules at her Hotel before not after staying and of course let them feel that they are welcome. I am appreciate the service of Holiday Inn all the time.But I am very disappointed, that we had the only bad experience at that Holiday Inn Brno Hotel. [Less]
