Featured Dartford Hotels

If you're looking for Dartford hotels as somewhere to stay just outside London or simply for easy access to the M25 early in the morning to get you to your meeting, we can certainly meet your requirements with our excellent locations.

Dartford, Kent, is just 40 minutes from Central London by train and is around 35 miles from Gatwick airport, so is easily accessible for all visitors. The town has become somewhat of a commuter area for Greater London but also has a lot to offer in its own right.

Crossing from Kent to Essex over the River Thames, you would most likely use the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, the second longest cable bridge in the UK. Lullingstone Castle in nearby Eynsford is certainly worth a visit too to take in its "World Garden of Plants", the first of its kind in the UK. The River Darent flows through Dartford and it is well worth taking a stroll along its banks to relax and unwind.

Visit nearby Brands Hatch racing circuit for a driving experience or to watch some thrilling racing. If you're a lover of animals then Eagle Heights is a great way to see and interact with birds of prey.

Shoppers will not be disappointed as the huge Bluewater Shopping Centre, one of the biggest in Europe, has well over 300 stores and is only 4 miles from the town centre. Cross the Thames into Essex and head over to the Lakeside Shopping Centre for another great shopping experience.

Whether it's business, pleasure or a mixture of the two, don't let your search for Dartford hotels pass us by. We really can help you to get the most out of your stay.

Good solid hotel property in Greater London area. Recommend if you are in the area. Clean, good value. [Less]
Great staff, good food, reasonable price
By MartinJP
A little tired on the outside, M25 is next door so road noise is apparent, however staff and good quality food compensate for this. [Less]
Pleasant place to Stay
By Paulij
We found the Holiday Inn London-Brentford Lock to be in a convenient location for going into London for day outings and for its proximity to the airport when we had to catch an early flight. The [More] staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. We felt very comfortable and welcome. We loved our window view of the canal and locks. We enjoyed our five nights at the Holiday Inn London-Brentford Lock. [Less]
Brilliant location
By 2xangel
We stayed at this hotel in order to visit Kew Gardens and it is very well located for this and for travel from London. We found the room to be clean and comfortable and pleased that we had a quiet [More] room as requested. The staff were all very helpful and polite. Dinner was excellent (we had a deal from Superbreak) and also breakfast. We would revisit and recommend. [Less]
Good location, quality hotel.
By Dr KW
This hotel is located slightly off the beaten track for a lot of common London destinations, however, it is very easy to access with a bus terminus outside that links to the underground from Heathrow [More] through central London to the east. The hotel is clean and tidy, in a very nice location (ironically next to the lock) with some decent pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy bus access to Twickenham. [Less]
Very friendly staff
By lillaaa90
We have recently stayed in the hotel and everything was perfect. The front desk staff was one of our favourite, they were always very helpful-especially Bettina. The hotel maid read every note we [More] took so she prepared a lot of different animals from towels for us. She was very creative and we loved it! The hotel location is perfect and the FB team was also very friendly and professional. Con: The bed was so small for two people that we could barely sleep. It was very annoying. [Less]
Comfy Bed But average decor
By Animal10
Good Stay but hotel décor needs refreshing. Good location for American Embassy [Less]
Great Place to Stay in London
By Arnold1717
We were not expecting a Holiday Inn to be so nice. Our oldest daughter, who generally has a complaint about everything, had no complaints, so it must be good. Not only is it clean and comfortable, [More] with friendly helpful staff, it's in a perfect location for sightseeing in London. We're looking forward to staying here again. [Less]
