Latest Maidenhead Hotel Reviews

Much better than I thought
By Mja1
Surprised by cost and quality of this Holiday Inn. Had not stayed in one before and would certainly recommend this one as price for a family of four ( which included breakfast) was excellent. Chose [More] this hotel because of the swimming pool which the kids enjoyed . Room was sufficiently large for us not to feel squashed and very clean - as was the bathroom. nice spacious public areas and dining room set amongst the woodland at the back of the hotel. Perhaps internal decorations could be enhanced a little and perhaps a more luxurious room [Less]
Great location and excellent facilities
By redspudqueen
Myself and a friend were visiting the Warner Bros Studio Tour and booked in here for the night before our visit. The hotel was extremely easy to find, just off junction 8 of the M1. Our room was [More] spacious and very clean. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of cold food (meats and cheeses, yoghurt, cereal, hot food (bacon, sausages, eggs etc), toast and some very nice baguettes. In my opinion it could just have been improved slightly by the addition of some hard boiled eggs. But that's a suggestion not a complaint. All the staff we met, at reception, in the bar and at breakfast were very welcoming and friendly. [Less]

Excellent and beyond
By Electricwarrior
We stayed here almost back to back. On 28th September and on 4th October. And we were treated like rockstars from start to finish. We met a real superstar in a member of staff from Denmark. She was [More] wonderful. I think she was new. And so many of the regulars who work there remain superb. These include but are not limited to the gentleman from Mozambique whose name is definitely not Chris, the lady from Macedonia, the new chap who was working nights, Paulita,Joe and Yuwaraj in the bar, and of course Mark on concierge. And to the other Spanish lady on reception. ..I hope your wedding went well. Well done! [Less]
Nice stay

Very good location, just off Piccadilly. Quiet and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and attentive Overall it was a nice stay, in an attractive location in the city. We would definitely stay at [More] this hotel again, for all these good reasons. [Less]
Excellently-located hotel with friendly, helpful staff
By Brit
An older, more traditionally-styled Holiday Inn interior than you might expect from its contemporary, external appearance. But none the worst for that. Exuberant reception manager made for a [More] smile-filled arrival. Good breakfast buffet with proper coffee and good range of fresh fruit, breads and quality buffet. [Less]
Confortable stay but bar and breakfast expensive
By Tulip
Comfortable stay, but prices at the bar for drinks and the breakfast were too high. Unfortunately when the leisure facilities opened on Sunday morning the Sauna was not working/not warmed up, so [More] we could not make use of it. Beds in the room were comfortable and the best feature of the family room when travelling with two children is that there are two individual additional single beds rather than a pull out sofa bed for the children to share.
