Very helpful staff and Comfortable room

We have not stayed in a Holiday Inn Express before but were very impressed with the Courtesy of all the staff, cleanliness of the Hotel in general and the Breakfast. [Less]
Windsor
By Saldaman
We last saw Windsor when it was still a charmingly small country burg...so, it was rather disappointing to see the commercial explosion that made it essentially unrecognizable. But, the progress [More] brought us a nice hotel in the form of the HIE on Alma Road. Our entire experience at Windsor was pleasant, refreshing and memorable...the accomodations, the food (even the one stop at McDonald's), the shopping and our long walks throughout. We look forward to seeing Windsor again and resting at HIE each evening with their great staff seeing to our needs. [Less]

Just INDIGO
By EDDIEWWW
Classic indigo style, although the room is small but including everything it should have. Reception lady is really kind-hearted. But the concierge man was not so happy( I think) The double bad [More] is too small for two ppl. [Less]
Brentford Lock

Attentive staff
By Tranquility
Comfortable property on the lock (canal). Easy access right across the street to catch a bus (E2) to the tube and into London city center. Breakfast was most welcomed as the hotel had quite a [More] variety of food to select from including fruit smoothies our children enjoyed. This delicious breakfast with excellent staff always eager to bring more coffee or tea made for a fine start of the day. I would suggest that an adjustment to the outside area adjacent to the canal be made to improve the property such as an outdoor pool, hot tubs or outdoor café; this space seems under utilized. [Less]
