Featured Watford Hotels

Whether you're on the lookout for Watford hotels near a train station for quick and easy access into Central London in the morning, or if you're coming to stay in the town for a day or two, you'll be more than impressed with our fantastic facilities.

Watford is located in Hertfordshire, within the M25. It's easily accessible by road via the M1 and via train as it is a calling point for many West Coast Main Line services. London Euston is roughly 20 minutes by train from Watford Junction station. Luton and Heathrow airports are about 30 minutes drive away.

The 12th Century Grade I listed St Mary's parish church is one of the town's standout landmarks. Buildings alone do not make up all of Watford's landmarks; the Grand Union Canal passes directly through the town at nearby Cassiobury Park, which is a great place to spend your day.

Although Central London is on its doorstep, do not pass up the opportunity of seeing what Watford itself has to offer. Catch a concert at the Watford Colosseum, which hosts regular classical and popular music events. It is widely regarded as having some of the best acoustics in Europe. The Grade II listed Watford Palace Theatre shows many of its own productions for which it has gained critical acclaim.

Head out to the Intu Watford Shopping Centre (formerly the Harlequin Shopping Centre), which has over 140 stores covering just about anything you might need.

Value for money for a London hotel. Close to underground. [Less]

Great staff and a great base
By leedsutd
All the staff are great here. I was checked in by Michuel? Who was great. He'd saved me a parking space,. Had my request for herbal teas and had kept one of the rare parking spaces for me. After [More] driving through London traffic this was all soon forgotten with such a welcome. The parking is expensive but work out but very very limited. I was fully recognised as a platinum member and offered a gift or points. The setting of toys hotel is ideal if you love camden or want to be close to events there. I do find it pricey for a holiday inn and stay in nicer hotels for the price. But the fact I paid shows I do love this hotel. My only negatives were that my toilet didn't flush was repaired once still didn't work and had to be repaired a second time. Not ideal. Also the breakfast was great apart from the scrambled egg which were some of the worst I've had. They were swimming in liquid and utterly tasteless. I ended up not eating them for the first time ever. Don't let this out you off going though. [Less]
Safety and Security
As a single, rather elderly lady I felt safe, secure and well looked after in this hotel despite being situated in a rather 'vibrant' area of London. [Less]
Business and Leisure

Perfect for the evening but I think a little to pricey for what you can get at another hotel. However, perfectly adequate for the evening and good transport links. [Less]
Great Location

Reliable and consistent quality in convenient location
By Scot abroad
It was a pleasure to come back to this hotel each evening to a welcome from the friendly staff, and to find our rooms shipshape and ready for another comfortable night's sleep. Buffet breakfasts [More] were well organised and offered a good range of food and drink to suit various tastes. Hope to return soon. [Less]
