Nice place to stay
By Traveled from AZ
I was in town for a conference and greatly enjoyed the quiet during the stay. The Holiday Inn was central to other locations and to the freeway. Very Clean, great personal service. Good variety for [More] breakfast as well. [Less]

Nice stay at clean and friendly hotel
By Bb397
This a nice hotel that I have stayed at several times for a week for work. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is in a very cute area in San Dimas. The [More] only complaint I have is that the hot breakfast isn't very good. I would stick to the cereal. [Less]

Had a very nice stay
By R James
The room was very nice with a roomy bathroom. It was very quiet, even with the ice machine next door (we didn't hear anyone getting ice at all, although we saw people getting it)! We had a [More] confusing reservation because I made a mistake in the reservation and then added another day to it. The front desk clerk was stellar. She understood everything right away, fixed it and linked the reservations. The bed was a little too hard for me, but I have fibromyalgia, so nothing but my special mattress at home really works. The service was very good and fast - the hairdryer was on its last leg and they replaced it within a few minutes of calling the front desk. They also fixed the plug in the bathroom right away. I have been at more expensive hotels and had to wait three hours for the staff to show up with a towel, so I was very impressed with their speedy attention to detail. We'll definitely stay here again. [Less]
Desappointed for change
By Mike7532
I have been staying at this hotel for sometime, primarily for location and the club room amenities. I was informed at checking on my last stay that this hotel will no longer grant access to club [More] level for Platinum level members. This is disappointing and one of the key reasons I stay at this property. I'm going to miss Tony and going to reconsider locations going forward. Why the change?? [Less]
Good place to stay
By txsixer68
Like most Holiday Inns, the Holiday Inn West Covina provided a great room for a good price. There were a number of restaurants and shopping areas in close proximity, some that were even in walking [More] distance. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel hallways were showing a little wear and tear on the carpeting but overall the hotel was in good repair. [Less]

Friendly staff
By Lisa
Stayed at this location for both business and pleasure, checked in early and the staff was very friendly and were able to get us a room that we could keep during our entire stay unlike other hotels [More] that have made us change rooms. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The convenience to shopping and restaurants was perfect, walking distance to both [Less]
