I expected slightly more, sparse fitness center

I chose this hotel solely on the pictures of the fitness area. Photos in IHG app showed free weights, cardio machines, leg press, and home gym/combo-type machine. Sadly, after checking in, then [More] going to the fitness center to work out, there was no leg press or home gym setup-only free weights, cardio machines, mats, and some exercise balls. I asked the front desk clerk, only to be told, "We don't have those anymore." I was extremely disappointed. The room was ok, I was happy to have a microwave and refrigerator, and there were plenty of outlets. The bathroom was TINY. Barely enough room to move around in and the cleaning staff missed some dirty kleenex that we found on the floor. The pool area was nice, but the water temp was a little too cold for my liking. Was also charged an extra fee since there were two adults in the room. No continental breakfast either. I expected more from the Crown Plaza and feel somewhat let down after this experience. The survey results generated the 4 star rating and for some reason wouldn't let me change it. I'd actually give it a 3 out of 5 stars for the overall experience. [Less]
