Safe and clean. Need a comfortable chair for the room … only have 2 desk chairs . Soap and shampoo dispensers are terrible . When I stay at Holiday Inns I take my own soap and shampoo. This needs [さらに表示] attention ! [元に戻す]

My 1st stay was at this location. Unfortunately, the brochures I collected were tossed when I returned home. BOTH attendants who assisted me at check in and upon my request, suggested restaurants and [さらに表示] places to go in the downtown area. They also provided the brochure map and circled interesting places to visit. My experience here started when I checked in and ended when I departed. The place was fresh, clean, my room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable. The service was personal, in that everything I inquired about was met with friendliness and respect. I could not have had a better 1st impression. As I travel up the East Coast, I added 4 additional stays with IHG as opposed to any other accommodations. Great representation of IHG/Holiday Inn. Under renovation, so there is a lot of construction

Seems like construction crews work 12-15 hours a day, Because of construction, breakfast was more limited than average for Holiday Inn Express. Probably the worst part even when renovations are [さらに表示] complete, is traffic. The road to gain access is very busy. I can be difficult to enter and exit...twice it took 10 minutes to exit. [元に戻す]
Good Value in Birmingham Grandview Medical Center Area

I recently stayed at this location for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily accessible despite the heavy local traffic in the area. The hotel is being renovated and [さらに表示] some amenities, such as the pool, was not available. [元に戻す]

The hotel was under renovation but the second we walked in the lady in the front was incredibly friendly, recognized my silver elite status , and offered us a couple of waters that came in handy [さらに表示] after a long drive. The room was freshly renovated and superbly clean! The bed was very comfortable! Overall we will be returning for our next family trip ! [元に戻す]
