I just wanted to share my experience… so I called yesterday, and spoke with Ejah, who could not have been nicer. I asked for a room near the side door, as I had a number of items to carry in and out.
I never mentioned the fact I was a Diamond Elite member or my name until after I had told I had a reservation, for the evening, and asked for room preference…she said she would do whatever she could, and asked for my name etc, at which point she knew my membership status. What a lovely professional demeanor, and attitude!!! In this day of marginal customer service, this employee needs to be recognized, she got me the perfect room, no hassle… and I swear, on the phone I could “see” her smile please send me the IHG. Survey, so I can pass this along to others.
