Our 5 night stay on vacation was perfect. The front desk is exceptional, especially Corentin. Very welcoming, they are always glad and excited to help and always in a professional and comfortable [更多] manner. High quality breakfast with good selection. The room is larger than a normal city hotel. Even with the pullout couch/bed, we were not cramped. The gigantic back yard is great. Going into Strasbourg, we drove part way to a parking lot next to a tram stop. The cost was 4.20 Euro and it covered the round trip tram ticket to the center for 3 of us. [更少]

Nice place. Easy access from main road. Refreshed and tidy rooms. Very service minded personell. Vi used hotel for overnight stay on longer trip and vere absolutely satisfied. [更少]

Overall our stay was pleasant. But I don't understand why they check us in if the room wasn't ready. In the minibar was open bottle and missing drinks. When we told the front desk they said, don't [更多] worry we will do the minibar soon. It is not a big issue but if I didn't check maybe on the check out I was good to pay. We enjoyed dinner on the restaurant which was fabulous,very good food and service. [更少]

The location of the hotel is wonderful, the view that you have from the rooms is amazing, however the attitude of the Staff of the Frontdesk lacks a lot of it, they were not nice, not helpful.... Not [更多] even a smile from them. [更少]

The Center staff was super helpful, very attentive and accommodating and professional. The breakfast was just a bit nicer than other Express I normally stay in the region. I was glad to chose the [更多] Center on this stay. Very easy to get around without the hassle of parking Tain the City. [更少]
