he hotel is in a quiet area where is safe to walk around. Friendly staff at the reception and at the restaurant. They really did all they could to accommodate my needs. They gave me the room in the [更多] silent part of the 4th floor of the hotel and helped me reserve the shuttle bus to the airport for the next day (which cost 15 euros and is very convenient). I took a walk to the local Samarcanda restaurant to have dinner but they were too busy and I needed to wait 40 min for a table (I was alone). So I took a walk back and tried the hotel's restaurant. The food was good: had the grilled chicken breast, extra side of roasted potatoes, lemon sorbet, water and expresso for a total of 34 euros. the staff was very friendly and courteous and really makes you feel at home. They try their best to make every customer happy. A nice fact about this hotel is that for breakfast they serve home made pies and cakes (I had breakfast is included with the room). Cons: Wireless internet service is not reliable: I had good service in half of my room and then I would loose connection if I would move around the room. I managed...but I also stayed there for one night so it didn't bother me that much. [更少]

It is very near to the Garibaldi Station where you can access to public transport easily. The staff is friendly and nice. However the property is a bit old and it is not easy to get a comfort sleep [更多] because you can hear the engine sound of the tram or train. Overall experience is quite good. They upgraded my room as a benefit of platinum membership. [更少]

The room and hotel decor was eclectic in a good way. The bar/restaurant and staff were quite wonderful. The eco lighting in the room and bathroom leaves a bit to be desired. Great location in a busy city centre

The hotel is very funky, but the staff are excellent treating you with respect, making you feel very welcome. The bar staff are courteous and the breakfast was lovely with a choice of being inside [更多] or the Atrium, which is open air. Very easy to get to either by taxi or Metro and a short walk to the tourist shopping areas and Duomo. Overall it made my experience of Milan better than I have usually had at other hotels. [更少]

We were looking for a short getaway break for 2 and decided on Molano. When looking for a hotel I discovered Hotel Indigo. What a great discover as we have the very best of time there. From the [更多] front desk to the bar staff to the house keeping all the staff we encountered could not be more helpful. The design inside the hotel including the rooms is of a high standard, felt airy even with the high temperatures of the Summer. Definatly a hotel and city we will visit again. [更少]
