I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is intended for ski guests who would not spend too much time in the room and worked perfectly for us. There was no upgrade or late checkout available but [更多] they provided sufficient compensation which was a really nice gesture of them. Highly recommend everyone to consider this place for their next visit to Pyeongchnag. [更少]

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Combine Ondol and bed. I got comfortable, relax and happy feeling in this suite with family. This room was Korean style heating system ondol. [更少]

Good location but rooms are utilitarian

Room is not what I would expect from Holiday Inn. But I guess it's meant for families who are skiing, so it's not so comfortable. Don't understand why whole floor is heated except for bathroom! Only [更多] towels provided are small hand towel size, had to request standard sized towel, was told there is a cost however this time it would be waived. [更少]

My family had a wonderful stay with two rooms at this hotel. The service level of the two staff members (Mr. Jason Lee, Duty Manager, and Mr. Hyun-ok Cho) who checked us in at the front desk was [更多] truly outstanding and so professional. We would like to commend them for their incredible hospitality and management of this wonderful hotel. It's obvious what a great job Mr. Jason Lee is doing leading his team to a level of service that is a cut above. [更少]

Spacious room, had a fantastic view of the skii slop. Bathroom amenities with hair conditioner and body lotion is appreciated. Would be better if the bathroom have a bidget. The bathtub is big which [更多] I like. Overall service is excellent, I enjoyed my stay. [更少]

great hotel to stay in. good facilities. Staffs are all super friendly and helpful. especially the concierge, she did more than anyone could have expected! Even though it was a request on christmas [更多] eve, the attitude was great! a much better option to the other overly crowded ski resorts, though it is a longer travel from seoul. definetly would recommend and come back again!
