From the reception all the staff was very friendly and all the information was very clear. Something nice was the lighting as it is not annoying either too early or too late. The roomservice was very [更多] good and they were very attentive to the details discussed over the phone. Also the room cleaning service was excellent and it was nice to arrive and smell that clean smell in the room. [更少]

The hotel by far is the best! I would love to stay here again knowing I will be taken care of in good hands. I didn't realize about the advantages of staying at the Staybridge Suites despite in the [更多] USA there are some hotels. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Mexico, but this hotel in specifically is great. The price is agreeable (at least as a company agreed price with Ford Motors) The front desk Aurora was charming and kindly. She told us we have a complementary dinner, she let us go to have it because it was about to finish. It was nice of her let us make our check in later after the dinner, we could enjoy some beers and some snacks. My collages and I had a long trip and a busy day, and have this complementary dinner was the best. I loved it!!. Staff in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast can be improved but it was good. In general, well-maintained property. Spacious and quiet room. Great atmosphere and great service! Thanks to all team and thanks to Aurora. It was great staying; I felt like I was home despite I just stay one night. My overall stay was definitely an A and would highly recommend to others. [更少]

Quede muy contento. Todo excelente desde que hice check inn. Me gusto como me recibieron. La señorita de recepción Aurora muy amable y dedicada, con ganas de hacer sentir cómodo al huésped. En todo [更多] momento con una sonrisa, y eso nos transmitía mucha confianza en preguntarle nuestras dudas de los servicios del hotel. Llegamos de noche y el guardia o bellboy tambien atento nos apoyó en buscar un espacio en donde estacionarnos. Quedamos fascinados con el hotel, el servicio que nos dieron desde mi llegada. Todas las instalaciones que ofrecen son de excelente calidad. Las habitaciones son como minidepartamentos en los cuales te sientes muy cómodo dentro de ellas y logras encontrar un buen sueño y un descanso gracias a sus camas que son muy cómodas. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Me hubiera gustado que las televisiones fueran Smart, pero eso no mermo el poder disfrutar, descansar y pasar una estadía genial. Definitivamente si los voy a recomendar y me encantaría que fuera nuestro hotel sede cuando visitemos la ciudad. [更少]
