Our stay at St Croix Falls Holiday Inn was only for 1 night but from when we got there to the morning we left, it was all a great experience. Desk clerk was very friendly, even helped us find a [更多] place to eat that night. The entire hotel was quite clean. I like to take the stairs and even their stairwells were well kept up. Beds had super pillows and if it hadn't been for the room air conditioner having a very noisy fan, would have had a good night's sleep. The free breakfast though was quite good. Wonderful variety of breads, yogurt, cereal and juice. Hot foods were good, little cheese omelets and sausage. Breakfast area was roomy and again very clean. [更少]

This is the 5th time this month we have stayed at this facility. The staff treats us like family. A couple weeks ago I inquired about the schedule for breakfast items asking about bacon vs [更多] sausage.For the second weekend Kristen heated some bacon especially for me. This may seem like a small thing but I really appreciated the effort she took to give me her time and attention. I also have to mention Jackie at the desk. She has been more than helpful making our reservations and seeing we get the best available rates. Caleb and Heidi are also very helpful. Kudos to the whole team! [更少]
