This was a second leg of a very long trip home, when we got to the hotel the front desk girl was visibly upset, we found out that they had just lost their owner. She acted very professionally and
took care of us.
When we got to our room, it was on the highway side and very noisy, i had just spent 9 days in a hospital out of state and had not slept much. i called down to the front desk and she upgraded us to a king suite on the other side of the hotel and we had a very nice and relaxing night that we needed.
Thank you very much (i think her name was Angie) for giving us a good nights rest. [Less]
