Desk Clerk did not recognize my status and instead demanded that she scrutinize my ID..... Never Ever happened to me before... Then told me I was on second floor when my profile requests top floor
away from Elevator. I was checking in at 3pm on a Monday. I asked that she put me on the floor I requested. While she rolled her eyes she let me know that she couldn't get me the room that I requested and would have to down grade me.... FOR THE SAME PRICE....
