Hotel was very clean...only real problem was that hotel staff is directed more towards business type of clientele... while there are of lot of clientele due to lost flights... too stiff. Need to
lighten up a bit.
Also very difficult to get a late checkout....seemed that the receiving staff was kind of rushing to get you out... once they realized I was a gold member...their attitude changed...360 turn around. I shouldn't of had to be a member to receive great customer service...glad I was a member because of this. [Less]
