This hotel would have been all around excellent except that at the time of my stay, there was construction going on and I was not able to see the lobby or dine at the restaurant. I must say I got
some much needed exercise getting to my room as it took two separate elevator rides and a fairly long stretch of hallway in between.
Craig at the concierge lounge made up for all the inconveniences with his outstanding service. His knowledge of the city and his warm smile and helpful attitude was truly memorable.
I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. It was newly renovated and therefore fresh and very clean. The only problem I had with the room was that I could not find a phone in the bedroom and had to walk out to the sitting room to use the hotel phone. Not really an issue as I only used the hotel phone once to call the front desk. Probably a minor oversight when renovating. [Less]
