The elevators are extremely small. The capacity is supposedly 8 persons but we were barely able to fit 2 persons, 2 20” and 2 28” suitcases in there.
The door to the room was very narrow. We had
to walk into the room backwards and pull one suitcase in at a time sideways. To let my friend in the room, I had to step into the bathroom and reach around the corner to hold the door open for her.
The toilet paper holder is in an odd spot. It could be difficult for someone to reach that has mobility issues in their arms.
When we went to check out, there was no one at the front desk, no bell to ring, etc. We finally spotted a male worker in the breakfast area and asked him if the desk was open. He got on the radio and no one answered. He went down a hall and knocked on a few doors and couldn’t find anyone. He finally found the desk clerk outside with someone else. [Less]
