Featured Birmingham Hotels

When you book into one of our Birmingham hotels, you’ll find yourself conveniently located in the heart of the thriving city center while still staying connected to major roadways, train stations, and airports.
Located in the West Midlands of England on a raised stretch of ground known as the Birmingham Plateau, Birmingham is Britain’s second largest population and economic center.
Birmingham was a late bloomer and remained rather isolated in comparison to other English towns for much of history. This all changed during the Industrial Age, however, when the combination of pioneering manufacturing practices and the brilliant thinkers of the Midlands Enlightenment re-forged the city. With groundbreaking technological and scientific developments happening on their home turf, Brummies created an economy of small workshops producing specialized products. This, in turn, led to social mobility for tradesmen, and eventually Birmingham’s citizens demanded more clout in English politics, helping to lay the groundwork for a democracy.
Take an architectural peek into Birmingham’s building history when you check out the medieval St. Martin in the Bull Ring church. Both St. Paul’s Square and St. Philip’s Cathedral are grand examples of Georgian era architecture, while buildings constructed in the Victorian age will give you a glimpse into that era’s elegance and wealth. The Victoria Law Courts were constructed in a distinctive red brick and terracotta pattern, while the Council House dominates the skyline.
Birmingham is awash in cultural offerings, from the sleek nightlife and dining on Broad Street and Brindleyplace to the Museum & Art Gallery, which contains an
internationally recognized collection of pre-Raphaelite art. Chocolate lovers won’t want to miss the samples at Cadbury World, which details the production and history of the beloved candy brand. Not to be outdone by London, Birmingham also hosts a trifecta of eminent performing arts companies: the Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Birmingham Royal Ballet, and Birmingham Opera Company. Your night out will definitely be one to remember.
The range of shopping in Birmingham is dizzying, and yet very manageable on foot. Elegant New Street carries many big name brands, and rewards any adventurous deal seekers that wander off into its branching alleyways. Connected to the one-of-a-kind Selfridges, the Bullring shopping center brings an atmosphere of luxurious shopping and dining right to you. Find—or even commission—a gift for that special someone in the Jewellery Quarter, where over 100 craftspeople sell their wares. Birmingham is also renowned for the variety of its markets. Centered at Bullring, the Open, Indoor, and Rag markets let dedicated bargain hunters haggle for everything under the sun.
Did you know that Birmingham is the birthplace of the English Football League (soccer to Americans)? How about lawn tennis? Birmingham is the perfect place for sporty types. Whether you’re catching a Second City derby between Birmingham’s two football clubs or one of the Warwickshire County Cricket Club’s rousing matches, your day on the pitch will be packed.
Called Spaghetti Junction, Birmingham’s highway intersection has connections to most major destinations. With the Centro urban rail system, international airport, Birmingham New Street Train Station, and even canals at your disposal, your next stop is easy to make.
Whatever your reason for a visit to the innovative Midlands, our Birmingham hotels will pamper you with stylish interiors and professional service. Our full suite of business amenities, great values, and pampering extras help you greet each day of your stay with enthusiasm and ease.

Well worth a stop
By Gelert
We have stayed several times at this hotel, as driving down from Jedburgh on motorways becomes very boring, and Droitwich is an easy stop-over before continuing on our journey. Firstly the staff [More] are so welcoming and then to get a good sized room which meets all our needs. We usually have a Gelert with us, and he is welcomed by the staff and other visitors always want to give him a pat, because of his size. A cross between a St Bernard and a Pyrenean Mastiif, or could be a small pony, and is a gentle giant. A very good advert for dogs welcome. it is very handy having a choice of restaurants closeby, where again staff are very welcoming. The breakfast in the morning offers a good choice and I was very pleased to see a member of staff probing the food for temperature. First Class and a big thank you. Isobel and Jeremy and Gelert. Overnight stop

Stayed here with my son for an overnight stop on the way back from Devon. Very friendly check in, my son was offered an activity pack. Lovely comfortable, clean room. Had a good nights sleep. Would [More] use again. [Less]
Amazing staff
By Miketango35
We booked 3 rooms here as we were attending a wedding in Droitwich. When we checked in the staff on the front desk we're brilliant and as we were travelling with 2 babies and required cots the [More] rooms were changed to accommodate this ( I don't remember the staff members name but I believe he was the duty manager). Staff were also prepared to allow us late check out until 2pm which was a real help. Rooms were comfortable and recently refurbished. Breakfast was pretty good. Also on site was a McDonalds and a Harvester. Location is convenient for M5 and only a couple of minutes drive to Droitwich. Will definitely stay again when I'm visiting my niece. [Less]
Great hotel in great location
By Pansy
Recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza, NEC Birmingham whilst attending an exhibition at the NEC. Location was perfect, a 10 minute walk beside a charming lake to arrive at our destination. Hotel room [More] was bright, clean and comfortable. We had a problem with our pillows, which were more like pieces of hard sponge and impossibly hard to rest on. We asked reception to have these changed. On two occasions, housekeeping failed to show up to the room as had been promised by reception. On a third call to reception, apologies were given by Greg and an explanation that there was only one member of staff on duty from housekeeping that evening. Greg then proceeded to find new (comfortable!) pillows for us and brought them up to our room....having only had around 4 hours sleep the night before our visit, we were really grateful for the personal efforts he made to resolve the problem. Reception staff were all charming and helpful, both on arrival and on the day of our departure. With 4 hours difference between checkout and the departure of our train, Rebecca organized for our cases to be safely stored and suggested various activities that we may be interested in before leaving Birmingham. A great experience and we are looking forward to returning to the hotel again in the near future, [Less]

Everything you need except biscuits!
By WhoAteAllThePies
The hotel provided everything need for a comfortable stay, with all amenities in room ... but biscuits would be nice. Bar staff were attentive and reception reacted excellently to a small issue I [More] had. Checkout was a nightmare and made me late for an appointment - might have been bad timing on my part. [Less]
