Comfortable and quiet room

Stayed at Crowne Plaza in October 2016 with my partner. The room was immaculate, comfortable and quiet with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Explained about discounts, free wifi [More] and breakfast rates. Overall a great hotel and would recommend to anyone. Would stay again. [Less]
Overpriced for condition of hotel.

The Hotel charges a premium price because of the proximity to the SECC, but the rooms seem a bit tired. There are marks on the bath which look like from non-slip tape strips which have been removed. [More] Only one of the eight light switches beside the bed worked and most of the lights in the room didn't work. Nice friendly staff though and premises were clean. [Less]
