Featured Liverpool Hotels

Experience the urban buzz of Liverpool with our wide range of Liverpool hotels, which bring the airport, train stations, lively waterfront, and city center all within your grasp.
Located in northwestern England and bounded by the Irish Sea and the River Mersey, Liverpool has been an important British city since the Middle Ages. It came to special prominence during the 19th century when its status as a major trading port led to an explosion in wealth, expansion, and technological innovation. Once a rival to London itself in reach and influence, Liverpudlians still like to highlight its beautiful architecture, creative music tradition, and sporting spirit.
Visitors to Liverpool can expect to experience an energizing range of architectural landmarks, with thousands of historic buildings spanning centuries of habitation. In addition to grandly impressive civic buildings such as the Liverpool Town Hall, the waterfront at Albert Dock brings the beating heart of Liverpool’s maritime past to life. Also on the Mersey waterfront is Pier Head, where a trio of spectacular buildings known as The Three Graces were constructed to house some of the largest names in shipping and industry at the turn of the last century.
Dubbed a World Capital City of Pop due to its most famous musical exports, Liverpool honors that tradition today with a thriving nightlife scene, the annual Liverpool International Music Festival, and, of course, The Beatles Story museum at Albert Dock. Liverpool is no slouch when it comes to rarefied culture, either, with branches of the National Museum and the Tate
Modern Art Museum.
Indulge in a little retail therapy with a visit to the splashy Liverpool ONE center downtown, which features a plethora of shops and entertainment. The swanky Metquarter and Cavern Walks offer luxury brands in a luxurious setting, while funky Lark Lane is known for its vintage finds and teeming street markets. For fresh produce, head across the river to Wirral and browse a fine selection of farmers’ markets.
Soccer fans will love Liverpool, which holds not one, but two, of the most successful English teams of all time. Get your cheering section together and catch the Liverpool Football Club at Anfield or the Everton Football Club at Goodison Park. When the two teams go head to head, it’s known as the Merseyside Derby, and emotions run high on both sides.
Liverpool’s Lime Street Station features rail connections to major cities across the U.K., and its port provides ferry services across the Irish Sea. The Liverpool John Lennon Airport jets passengers to destinations throughout Europe. While inside the city limits, find your way around on the busy Merseyrail service.
Hit the right note during your stay in Liverpool by selecting one of our Liverpool hotels. Our comfortable rooms, fantastic values, and convenient locations mean that you’ll be perfectly poised to experience the best of the city and all it has to offer.

Not for tourists

Normal hiex stay. Nothing bad and as expected. Location is next to the airport therefore only recommended on connections with flights or business / just to sleep. If for tourism better stay on [More] Liverpool downtown. [Less]
Perfect hotel for leaving from Liverpool airport
By Lynn40
On arrival the gentleman (think he had Irish accent) at reception was spot on, such a nice, helpful, welcoming person. We did run into some problems trying to enter hotel room as the battery for the [More] electronic door was knackered. Had to move to a different room. We had to put mattress for sofa bed onto floor because the metal on sofa was digging into my daughter and her friends back. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast, usually when we go to HIX they have bacon, however the choices were (cheap tasting) sausages, scrambled egg or beans. For the price we can't moan though, plenty of other options The room was fine, everything you needed in it. Perfect location if your departing from Liverpool airport [Less]

Overnight stay for my wife and I, Can't praise the staff enough, very helpful - polite and cheerful. Amazingly good room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and tidy hotel with a warm [More] welcome by staff. One small thing - why no Bacon on the breakfast menu? British hotel - British menu please. Otherwise a great Hotel. [Less]

This hotel is ideally situated for visiting Chester, It is only minutes from the city centre. It is clean modern and comfortable with an easy relaxed atmosphere. Breakfasts are help yourself with a [More] good choice and although there is not a restaurant for evening meals it is a very short walk to the Pub on the race course with a 10% discount for the hotel guests or plenty of places to eat in the city.. The staff were lovely, they all spoke when you passed by, it was a friendly place and we wouldn't hesitate to go back if we were in the area again. By booking ahead we got a very good price too. Back at the Crowne Plaza again and as ever we were all looked after and treated with politeness and helpfulness by the delightful staff. It is always a pleasure to visit this comfortable and well [More] appointed hotel. [Less]
Great location
By Wrinkled Carrot
Attractive low-rise hotel in newly gentrified docks area. Very good breakfast with a good selection of pastries, cereal, hot shelf. Car parking a bit pricey, but at least it is on site, unlike [More] plenty of other hotels. Staff friendly and helpful. On a downside, the air con is inadequate if the weather is hot and this is not helped by the mattress protector, which does a good job of encouraging sweating. The window is screwed shut - great if you have children. Not if you are hot. Overall though, a good stay. [Less]
