Overall very of good location. Great service, penthouse on the fourth floor is excellent. But if you stay on the side of the hotel facing Collins ave, it can get noisy. [Less]
Fantastic but noisy
By Jadesdca
I really, really wanted to love everything about this hotel, and it was really close. The room was gorgeous, the shower was an amazing experience on its own, great location... but.... I think our [More] timing was just off. It happened to be opening weekend of spring break when we were there and it was SO LOUD! There's a Señor Frogs right across the street from the room we were in, and the windows weren't quite thick enough to really dampen the noise enough to get good sleep. And when the bar finally closed down, my neighbors decided to take the after party to their room. SO LOUD! I could still hear them after putting ear plugs in at 4am. The walls definitely need to be thicker or they need to have security monitoring. Other than the noise, it was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. [Less]
