Great Hotel with Wonderful Staff

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hickory while visiting family in the area. The hotel was extremely clean, quiet and accessible. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be back to the [More] area for other family visits and will plan to stay again. We walked over to the Furniture Mart and spent sometime walking around. This is a very convenient location, lots of restaurants and shopping and close to I-40. [Less]

The hotel was great. We were greeted when we arrived. Check in was simply and fast. Room was very clean. We easily used the washer and dryer in the hotel and it was very reasonably priced $1 for wash [More] and dry. I got change to use from the front desk. My children wanted a snack and drink from the vending machine and it took our $ so we went to the front desk and she refunded our $ . We ask for a couple of extra towels and she gave them to us. My child really wanted a glass of milk before bed and it was late so I ask the front desk if I could get a glass of milk so I didn't have to go to the store and she did. Great experience. [Less]
