You will notice that the only question not receiving the best score was the one addressing the booking experience online. What threw this off was the fact that
I had accidentally stumbled onto a web
site for Fort Washington, PA that was for the original Holiday Inn before the conversion to "EXPRESS" The site still functioned as though it was valid, and I was baffled by
the response I kept getting;"NO ROOMS AVAILABLE".
If I hadn't returned to my Google search to try and determine what went wrong, I might never have noticed the correct site for the current H.I.E., and I would have ended up filling out this review for a lesser experience somewhere else, I am sure. [Less]
