Comfortable bed and many breakfast choices

The king size bed was amazing! I rarely, if ever, sleep in a hotel bed and not have back pain, so this was a delight. The mattress was extremely comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly all night [More] and not wake up in pain. The breakfast had many options and the hotel room and common area was clean. We didn't use the pool, however my kids would have loved the waterslide area had they come with us. The only thing I'd suggest is that the shower heads be placed higher. I'm only 5'4", but the spray from shower head hit me at the neck and I had to bend slightly to actually stand underneath it. My 6'1" husband really had to crouch to get under it, but to their credit, it did have excellent water pressure. I was also pleased they used Dove soap products in large pumps instead of the tiny, generic, sample-sized bottles of toiletries and bar soaps. The location was easy to access from the interstate, but we had to drive back to everything we wanted to see/do near Presque Isle, so in hindsight, it was slightly out of the way for us for our particular trip, but there was a restaurant in the same lot and it was a lovely drive through vineyards on the back roads. Only issue is not being informed of rate increase when reservation was made directly with hotel..... Also, would like to see more washer/dryers......there is 1 laundry room with 1 [More] washer/dryer......if not staying in that wing, very inconvenient. [Less]

Staff on duty was pleasant and helpful by comng to my room to help me set up my internet connection, she also was helpful in giving us direction to grocery store and advice on value of buying [More] certain items. They were helpful in restaurants in the area and the hours of operation, overall, staff made our stay enjoyable after being on 5he road with animal for 9 hours, [Less]

The mattress in our room was very stiff. My daughter and son-in-law stayed for a short trip up to Erie for the weekend. Drinks were difficult to find but once asked staff, no issues. [Less]
