Had to travel to Austin on short notice due to a family medical emergency. Arrived tired and stressed and with our dog.. David at the front desk was just as kind as could be. when i checked in i had some issues with the room it was dirty looks like the house keepers missed a spot but the front desk agent went above and beyond in insuring us we get a new room and made sure [More] we were satisfied, i've never met anyone so dedicated to make the guest feel like home .if it wasn't for his customer service i would've given this hotel a bad review now there is a lot of homeless people around the hotel which concerned me at the beginning but then ryan showed us alternate ways around which were really helpful . i would recommend this hotel just because of the best customer service and definitely will come here again [Less]
