Comfortable, Pleasant experience
By austin82
I stay here at least once a year for 2 nights, have yet to be disappointed by this hotel. Staff is always nice, rooms are always comfortable. Parking is never a problem. The hotel entrance takes [More] some getting used to, getting to the hotel from the highway can be tricky, but doesn't detract from staying here at all. [Less]
Staying on business

Overall a very comfortable stay. Slept well. Enjoyed eating in the dining room next to the BLB heat lounge. Nice fitness center. No issues. [Less]
Outstanding staff and service
By Trout
The staff and service provided was outstanding. Though the internet service is not the best, the staff and service provided more than made up for it. Shuttle service was a nice touch to get around [More] the local area. [Less]
First visit to this location
By wantahog
The check-in process was handled with speed, efficiency and courtesy by hotel staff. All staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. Shuttle service was great, allowing us to avoid trying to [More] locate parking in the Convention Center area (we were attending a conference there). We had a ground floor room on the street side (East Commerce), and the street noise was occasionally bothersome. Otherwise, it was a great stay.; [Less]

Chuck

Clean and close to all ammentities. Staff was what to be expected from a IHG hotel. The one elevator though only goes to the parking garage. Everyone that I talked to including myself took it [More] mistakenly and had to return to main floor to get on one of the others. It is marked with a sign on the side of the elevator. It not very noticeable. Excellent price for being on the Riverwalk. Will stay there on my next trip to SA. [Less]
