I previously made reservations in advance at another Holiday Inn location by the Airport. After a 6 1/2 hour drive, I arrived at the Airport location to find that my reservations had been cancelled.
Plus the person at the front desk wasn't friendly. I was not happy to say the least. I was given the WiFi pass code by the front desk and began searching for another location to lodge. I have frequently chosen Holiday Inn in the past but I was wondering if I should choose another brand for lodging. I decided to call the Holiday Inn Mechanicsburg location. I spoke with Charles and immediately he apologized for the service I had received at the Airport location. He said that that he had a room available for me. I arrived at the Mechanicsburg location and Charles made my transition smooth and easy. Charles had a pleasant demeanor and seemed truly concerned for the customer. Kudos to Charles.
