Close to airport
By Mpbaker77
We stayed here while traveling both to and from our vacation destination. The hotel rooms were very very clean, staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle service was on time, fast, and convenient. [Less]

I stayed at the property then flew the next day. The stay was as expected. [Less]
Convenient location, outdated building
By Dave
This Crowne Plaza is great for getting to SeaTac airport. It's possible to walk from the terminal (follow the signs for the light-rail station), but of course the hotel offers a free shuttle. Also, [More] the light-rail has a station in walking distance that you can use to get to down-town Seattle. The rooms were clean, but the building is an old converted Holiday Inn that doesn't live up to the Crowne Plaza level one would expect. The bathroom had a sliding door that doesn't have a latch - fine for a single, but not so great for a family stay. Breakfast buffet was costly and mediocre. Overall, I would go back based on the location. [Less]

The staff went out of their way to find my old rewards number so I would receive credit for my stay. [Less]
Internet did not work in my room

The front desk tried to help with the wifi, but was not successful. Had the IT person call me, they were also unsuccessful. [Less]
Early start - late finish
By driver99
We arrived early in the morning and wanted to check in since we were going to be late returning from our trip to visit some friends. We just expected to be told our room would be ready later, but at [More] least that would be out of the way. The staff was very nice and allowed us to check in (they had an empty room of our type) earlier then normal time. This allowed us to dump our luggage and stuff instead of having to leave it in the car during our visit. We arrived back after midnight and so did not have to check in at that time. In the morning we ate breakfast, which has gluten free items if you ask for them. There were egg white veggie omelets and turkey sausage patties among other things. After breakfast we took the shuttle to the airport. Room checkout was easy and correct with our bill under the door when we woke up. The shuttle driver asked if we were in a rush since he could drop some people off at another building. We were not and so we were dropped off second, but in plenty of time and without fuss. Room was clean, easy to adjust room temp. Shower had plenty of hot water despite being on an upper floor. The windows could open which you don't find in many hotels, so we could get some outside air into the room. The internet seemed responsive and easy to connect with, but we did not stress it to hard. Overall a very pleasant experience with the staff accommodating us in unexpected ways. [Less]
Sincere Staff, Great Food, Fluffy Beds!
By Mimi
Crowne Plaza made my stay with them a delightful and memorable one! The front desk staff were all super friendly and chatted with us whenever we were in the lobby. The room was perfect; I requested a [More] room on the highest possible floor so we could have a nice view of the city and they definitely gave us that! We ordered room service (usually a scary thing to do) when we were just too beat to even think about walking to find food in town, and were delighted at the varied menu (everything we got was SO GOOD), portions that were not too small (or too diner-style gigantic), and the price was totally worth it! Overall, super stay! Will definitely be a regular here for Sakura Con and any other Seattle trips I take! [Less]
Clean, comfortable room
The room was spacious, had a wonderful view of downtown and was clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were numerous pillow options to make sure we had the best night's sleep. The staff were [More] very accommodating with our requests. [Less]
Seattle crowne plaza...
Nor a bad hotel, convenient to downtown, valet's were great. Front desk people must've been new, couldn't tell me where to get a coffee, I found a coffee station 25 ft from their desk. Waits for [More] elevators was extremely long, 15 min at times. Parking is a little pricey, $50 per night. [Less]
