1) Day 1 - Front desk staffs provide great service when
- I questioning about why no Vietnamese address in the hotel card (in Cantonese) with my colleague, front desk lady proactive help me write
the address in the card proactively (she knows Cantonese).
- I got sick and asking front desk with my colleague where is the nearest pharmacy, the lady ask us to go straight but we cannot find it. Another front desk staff (a man) ask us the situation and suggest us go to another pharmacy and help me call the taxi to go and wait there. Finally I got the medicine and arrive hotel safely.
2) The bed is too soft for me, so I cannot sleep very well [Less]
