We arrived several hours early and our upgraded room was ready. My husband and I booked this last min trip to attend a funeral, so it was nice to be able to settle in quickly. The beds were extremely [Más] comfortable and we slept well despite the circumstances of our trip. We also stay at IHG's EVEN hotel for our annual trip to Mayo Clinic. Also a very pleasant stay. One of my favorite places to go for overnight stays great breakfast accommodations and prices for rewards. I love the balcony view and how close it is to my work location. Staff is extra friendly and [Más] accommodated. [Menos]

I guess expensive depends on the reviewer. I'm used to prices before 2020 and it's hard to imagine that prices have gone up that much since that time. It could be the area that we stayed in is [Más] locally expensive everywhere. Nonetheless, it was a nice hotel stay. The only complaints are from sources that cannot be controlled by the hotel such as noisy guest in the hallways and doors slamming instead of gently closing them by hand. The other being road noise. The side we were on (Cape Coral Parkway E) is probably a lot noisier than the other side. The gentleman that checked is in was polite with a good personality and very informative. Breakfast staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and stocked. The room was very comfortable and well laid out. [Menos]

The hotel is situated far enough from the freeway BUT, there is a main artery feeding into the freeway that is very noisy. 4am the trash trucks and 18 wheelers were very active. Not sure if any room [Más] in the facility is immune. The omelets were over cooked. [Menos]
