We always enjoy going there-we go at least twice a year to be with family. Because of the number of us it is not possible for us to go to outside restaurants, but kids eat free with an adult meal
so it's okay. The kids menu really needs to be changed by a nutritionist.
The rooms were clean and any problems ie-need a crib-were quickly attended to.
It can be very noisy if there are large groups i.e./hockey teams staying over, but they shut down the atrium at 11:00 p:m. The atrium is freezing cold but the kids like it because they are running around and building forts and having a great time.
Be aware/wary of specials. Examine them closely. Sometimes , like in my last stay, they had a special but it wasn't mentioned on my THREE occasions to talk to them before we checked in, and also they denied that there was a March break special, but there was. Not pleasant checking out. We'd go back again a little wiser. [Less]
