The hotel could improve the internet. The IHG rewards should come up with a better way of accumulating points for its members, i.e. more offers for longer term guest which are using the hotel group.
The staff from the General Manager to the Restaurant staff are all very friendly and there is nothing that they will not do to cater to your needs (Tony one of the head chefs making some Fish and Chips for me)
