I like to come back to Intercontinental Hangzhou, and specialfly because of The fantastic suites.
The staff try Hard , but their lack og english knowledge is Really a problem. The staff smiles Yes,
but understanding is below zero,
The level and presentation of the food in the restaurant at lobby floor is what you can expect of holiday in.
It’s an international hotel, but is oriented through Chinese customers reg. Taste , variarity of food etc.
The level of all staff and their service knowledge needs an upgrade.
The Lounge is boring in all ways .
I hate to say this, but the hotel miss a lot European people at management to execute the need and demands to a 5 star hotel. We stay at a lot of your hotels and wen we compare Intercontinental Grand Stanford in HK , or Intercontinental in Bangkok there is a loooong way to go to reach their levels.
My college and I only comes because we are member of the loyalty programme which we think is really really good.
We will keep on coming to Intercontinental Hangzhou as long we have business in the area, and we are very thankful for the nice rooms and good service we always get, when we come. [Less]
