This has got to be my favorite HI in recent memory. A block off the beach, view of the sunrise over the water, balcony...ahhhh!
The room was very clean but was starting to show some signs of
aging in the carpets and the linens.
I did not eat at the hotel at all since this is Italy and fabulous restaurants are a dime a dozen. We ate dinner out across the street in one of those outdoor patio restaurants. I had linguini with clams and my daughter had pizza. Both were very good, but not quite as good as in Naples. For breakfast, there was a nice little bakery about a half a block up where we got some pastries and coffee. Much cheaper than what the restaurant wanted for breakfast!
The staff was very nice but I do not recall if they recognized my Priority Club status at check-in. I don't think they did.
Beds were sufficient for our family size as there was a bunk bed in the living room. Of course that meant we watched TV out of our bedroom, but overall it was not a big issue for me. Other people may prefer a couch in the living room.
The hallways had a weird layout. It was probably not worth mentioning, but it was so weird it just stuck out in my mind. [Less]
